About us

We aim to bring the best in  international, acoustic musicians to an intimate setting with great food served during the interval.

We believe in quality, well sourced ingredients, prepared and cooked on the premises by the two us with love and no crap.

Jil is qualified to City & Guilds level in Hotel, Catering and Management completing her training at Buxton  catering college. Her food is influenced by the 12 years she spent working in Europe.

Ishka was a hotelier and the proprietor of an  outdoor catering company for many years, her food is influenced by her Italian heritage.

It seemed a natural progression that the two of them should bring together their complimentary skills and experience.
